How to automatically maximize secondary Windows in Internet Explorer?

Ok, the other day I had like 8 different Windows open and I hit "Cascade Horizontally".

Now if I click on something that opens another Window, it's tiny and I have to maximize it.

Before, each new window was automatically maximized.

How can I change it back? I can't figure out what to change under "Tools" or Internet Options...

Thanks...

Thanks, and sorry. I did search, but came up empty. I'm not sure why. I tried right now and see this question has been asked 3 or 4 times before. I probably didn't use the correct keywords.

I don't usually check Tech Talk or I would have seen the last thread, it's only a week old.

Again, sorry.
