Ad-Aware SE Question

Am I supposed to delete the "critical" files that are quaranteened? So far I just remove them which I believe moves them into the quaranteen folder.

No need to delete them. It's there so that if you delete a file that shouldn't have been deleted, then you can restore it. But as long as you don't delete necessary files, you can delete the quarantined items.

Now the magic question...How do I determine what's necessary and what isn't?

I've deleted all the critical files and haven't had a problem with any problems.
