Win Media Player plugin question

Is there a plugin for Windows Media Player 9 or 10 that will start up the next mp3 in a playlist when the first one is about to finish, so that there is that nifty radio station-like overlap/crossfade?

I know Winamp had this functionality....

WMP10 has this feature built-in. It's adjustable and you can access it through View>Enhancements>Cross-fading and Auto Volume Leveling.
