Need help from the techies re: tech related fraudulent charge on my CC.

Hi everyone-

I was just reviewing my credit card statement and noticed a charge of $39.99 to a vendor described on the statement as:

QUDRO-ART-SUPPLIES.COM

I typed that URL into the browser, and nothing pops up. I called my credit card company and they said they don't have any info on the merchant. They have credited my card for the $39.99 and have added hightened fraud watching to my credit card. However, I don't want to just roll over and wait. I'd like to track down this company and see if I can figure out what happened.

Do any of you know how I can track down or identify this merchant?

Any help or tips would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Either you wanted this:

http://www.quadro-art-supplies.com/

Or it is someone that is almost using their name as some sort of scam? I'd suggest getting in touch with them to see if they know of any other problems along those lines. At least that would be a start?

Well, I double checked and my credit card statement definitely lists the vendor as "Qudro" not "Quadro." Perhaps you're right and it is a scam based on using a similar name. I'm going to contact the Quadro store and see what they have to say.

Thanks.
