Blu-Ray and HD-DVD competition?

I just came across this article today.

Pioneer ultraviolet laser promises 500GB disks

Yes, and that they should contact the billing department.

Not good practice for an ad.

I'm not sure where that pic is supposed to link to, but I don't think it was an ad per se.

A few weeks back, they had a few articles about the image:

Apparently, it was a stock photo and was being used by a bunch of different companies in their back to school campaigns.

The picture now is different than the one earlier. They must have changed it to one that works.
