More than one iPod?

I have a 10 GB iPod and just bought a mini as well to use for working out. I feel greedy and obsessed. Does anyone else have more than one and what do you use each for?

Completely off topic, sorta, but I think any manufaturer who developed a parent-child system for mp3 players would make a killing.

I love my MuVo for running because the damn thing is smaller than a cigarrette lighter, the batteries go forever, and it's damn near indestructable. The down side is that it only holds enough music for an hour or so. If I were able to feed it songs from my Zen Xtra, well, that'd be a damn miracle and very convenient.

I should patent the idea ...

It is a good idea... Each manufacturer could make a killing just on cables... One problem would be selecting out of the 10,000 songs on the Ipod which 200 to go to the mini Ipod

dumb question: can you upload or transfer the music library from your ipod to any computer?

Next year may be my last in my school, so I may jump in the school discount just before I graduate.

Yes, you can either browse through the folders and copy as you would from one drive to another or use 3rd party software like SharePod or ipodagent , etc.

I own 13 IPODs. One for each day of the week, then I have a breakfast IPOD, a Lunch IPOD, and a Dinner IPOD. Finally I have a pre-workout IPOD, a workout IPOD, and a post-workout IPOD.

Somewhat related to the thread title - it is possible to connect multiple iPods to the same computer right? For example, can my friend plug his iPod into my computer and transfer files w/out disturbing/disrupting my iPod/iTunes library?
