How to convert Apple fonts for use on a PC?

I use a Mac with OS 9.2 at work and a PC running Windows XP Pro SP2 at home. I create documents on QuarkXPress 4.1 at work and would like to be able to open them at home (where I have QuarkXPress 4.1 for PC).

The problem, of course, is compatibility of the fonts. I have the PC version of almost all the fonts I need, but there are a handful (AGaramond Bold, Imago Extra Bold and a couple of others) that I have not been able to obtain for my PC. I can take the Apple version home with me, but they are not campatible.

Is there an easy or at least cheap way to convert the fonts?

Any recommendation for this or other possible solutions would be appreciated.
