USB motherboard pins to standard USB jack converter?

I have a comp that has a front panel USB2.0 port that needs to be connected to a female USB port instead of to the direct motherboard USB pins. Is there some sort of converter that will allow me to use the motherboard pins so I don't have to snake this USB cable to the jacks on the back of my comp? Tried Googling, but I can't seem to get the right terminology for this.
