Outlook - Outgoing attachments problem

when i send an email with outlook (2003), and attach a file, the recipient just sees a bunch of jumbled text (BEGIN file whatever.jpg...........), and is unable to save the attachment..

i'm guessing there's a setting in outlook somewhere to change attachments from ascii to binary, but i can't find it..

any ideas? thanks in advance.

send the file to your self. if you can view it, its probably the person you're sending it to who has the problem.

Sounds like your MIME settings are biz0rken. Try fiddling with those settings in Outlook.
