Digital Video Editing - Speed?

Hello. I use Ulead Video Studio 5.0 and I recently got a new computer and tranfered everything over to it. For some reason when I make the final version, before I send it over to my camera, if I watch it it seems to be sped up. Not like fast forward fast, but noticeable enough. I dont think it transfers to the computer this way....but why is it going faster? This makes it hard to edit. Even the individual clips are that way if I open them through windows explorer....any suggestions?
Thanks!

Are you editing MPEGs? If so, you probably need to fix the GOP timecode. I don't know if ULead has that option, but MPEG-VCR and DVD-lab both do.
