No, although future Dell and Alienware....um....notebooks will have the option to. Right now most video cards are a direct part of the motherboard and are unupgradable.

Some of them even share the laptop's RAM to power the video card.

Within the next year AGP will be replace by PCI-E in notebooks, which promises a standard form factor, but i'll believe it when i see it...

Batteries, hard drives and RAM. Other than that, I doubt it.

Most laptops today include a mini PCI slot which is standardized. Depending on your computer it may or may not be easy to acces this slot. Mine, a Mitac 8050, has an access panel that is increadibly simple to remove. Most miniPCI cards are either wifi cards or bluetooth cards.

CPU can be upgraded, assuming you can access it. (Mine also has an access panel for the CPU)

Optical drives are pretty much standardized. The bevel is customized for the system but that's purely cosmetic. Again, it all depends on if you can access it or not. (Mine consists of a simple screw and it slides right out)

My Dell Inspiron 8100 has a removable video Card and you can change it to another model, but so far there is only 3 types of modules you can exchange it with.Other than that, there is nothing I could do.I even want a USB 2 support but there is nothing I could do unless I let a PCMCIA card type and my slot is already full

miniPCI is just like PCI in a desktop, only smaller. It's pretty standardized and most, if not all laptops have a slot. It's not always easy to get to it, though.
