Help Can't play videos

Help Can't play videos

I don't know what I did but suddenly I can no longer play some video content. I'm still using window 95.

When I try I get this error:

"the quartz.dll file is linked to missing export RPCRT4.DLL:NdrStubcall2."

How can I fix this? Thanks in advance!

What video format are you exactly trying to play? Still Win95? Damn.
