Adware File Question

I ran Norton and it detected 3 adware files which it was unable to delete. From what I learned, these were attached to 1 or more software programs that I accepted on installation, and if I try to delete them, it will make the associated software inoperable? Should I even worry about them. I have a pop-up stopper that is very effective, so they are a problem. Is it okay for me to just ignore them, since other than them being identified when I run Norton, I'm having no system problems whatsoever? Advice welcomed.

clint.dll is part of a p2p software such as kazaa. If you are using K-Lite then put it in the ignore list

ipin32.dll suppose to be part of the SBC Connection Manager. Put in the ignore list

NPMYWAY.dll is related to a browser plugin My Search Bar.B.
Here are the removal instructions

deleting cdclint will supposedly stop kazaa and it's clones from working
go here and get a fake copy of it to allow the file sharing to work while the included spyware gets disabled
