DVD screen capture image -> T-shirt

Ok, first off I not the most computer whiz out there, but I would like to find out how to best capture an image from a DVD and print that on a T-shirt. Obviously, with the best resolution image and the best way of printing on a t-shirt at home. ****this is for personal use only!***

Thanks, Phil

PowerDVD has a capture feature built in. So just capture the picture and then use some kind of transfer to get it on a T-shirt (Iron on transfer comes to mind).

Or you can upload the picture to Cafepress.com and they'll make the shirt for you. But if the image is copyrighted material then they might not.

You can get iron-on transfer paper for inkjet printers. I've seen a couple basic types, for light or dark shirts, and several different brands. You should be able to find it in office supply stores (eg. Office Max or Office Depot), for example. Basically, capture the image, print it on the transfer paper, iron it on the shirt. When you print you may be able to alter some settings like the print quality. There may even be a setting for "iron-on transfer paper". You might want to look into that to get the best transfer, or your standard print settings may work fine.
