MP3 to Wav converter that will keep the song names?

I am looking for an MP3 to wav converter that will keep the name of the songs. I want to burn my MP3's to a CD so it will show the CD-text. Is there such a program that will do this.

Itunes, MusicMatch, Media Jukebox will not.

I know winamp will make a wav with the same file name
isn't cd text entirely up to the burning software to put the file name into the cd coding?
