Help with new Video Card

I'm having some weird problem's with my new All in Wonder 9800 Pro. Window's is displaying fine, but when I try to play a DVD, it looks like I'm watching the Matrix. A whole bunch of little green lines are running through the whole picture.

Also if anyone has the ATI demos and screensavers that came with the card. When I try to play them they look really off, with lighting like lines running through them.

Running:
P4 3.2
Window XP with all updates
1Gig of ddram
AIW 9800 pro with the new Catalyst drivers.

If anyone has any ideas please let me know, my new computer is counting on you

If you switched from an nVidia card you may want to run driver cleaner then reinstall the latest Catalysts. Do you have any trouble playing games? Are you overclocking? Your card may just have bad memory, in that case youll have to return it. You could also try reseating the card in the AGP slot.

This was on a fresh install of XP, and I saw little lines on the Bios splash screen when the computer first boots up to. From the research I did the drivers shouldn't effect that screen(I could have read that wrong).

The problem goes away when I disable hardware support for Directdraw, so I'm hoping it bad memory and a new card will fix it.
