Best free email with POP3 access?

I want to find a free email account that I can check with a mail application. I don't need any SMTP access. I've already got an account at HotPOP, but recently they seem to be getting less and less reliable. Any suggestions appreciated!

I have been using softhome.net (http://www.softhome.net/) for many years, it's very reliable, but the free option seems not so enough nowaday (6MB storage, 10MB transfer monthly)

Anyone else? Softhome doesn't look too bad, but I'm a little weary of the limits considering all the junk mail I've been getting.
