Looking for a new video card

I believe that my video card is the source of many of my computerís problems and I was wanting to see what the alternatives are these days. I have a Radeon All in Wonder (7500?, itís from 2.5 year ago).

What I would like is something with similar video capabilities, but preferably not an ATI product, Iíve never had much luck in getting one of their drivers to work well on my machine. And of course, I don't really want to spend that much (no more than $75 or so), if possible.

Iím also kind of interested in being able to plug in my satellite TV via coax cable and record music from one of my music channels (audio only, no need for video), then burn that onto CDs to listen to in my car (preferably after putting in chapter stops so I can skip through the songs). Any tips on how to do this would also be appreciated.
