Holy crap! Looks like it short circuited and fried a couple things in there. Did it just crawl in there while the case was open and no one noticed it?

Sorry for any confusion, I originally linked to the Livejournal page where someone had it posted with some Russian text I couldn't read. Apparently, the person decided to make it a protected entry, so no one could view it, but I still had the image in cache, so I just posted it. These are not my pictures, but just thought it would be fun to post.

And yeah, looks like it shorted something, fried the mouse, and burned a couple of the cards surrounding it.

I wonder if that would be covered by the warranty.

Yeah, I was having the same problem just a few minutes ago, but now it loads for me. It's really odd...and some people have had problems from IE as well with the pics I posted in another thread.

So...if it doesn't work, come back in 5-10

either th emouse shorted something, or a lightning strike sent a surge in the phone line since it's the modem that appears to be the start of the flames
