High Density RAM?

I'm trying to buy from PC2700 RAM. I see some RAM marked "High Density"; it's about half as much as other RAM. What is this and will it work with most modern motherboards?

I'm look at a DFI "KM400-MLV" motherboard.

"High density" RAM is just RAM made out of materials that have a higher density. You get the same space in the same memory-stick package, but there's a drawback: it makes your computer heavier.

Sorry, I have no idea.
