MS Access asks for password to do anything...help

HI,

I was putting a password on a ms access database the other day...now, whenever I try to open ANY database, or even create a new one I get a logon box - I've tried my network user and password - no go - Tried admin, no go .

It wants a password to even create a new file - so the password is not tied to a specific db.

I reinstalled MS office, no go, I've searched the web - no go

Help!

Doug

They find passwords for password protected databases, not the same problem - thanks anyway.

I think I've encountered this before. It was just set as a blank password even though I had my net pw. Whenever you open access and the pw box opens, have you tried just clicking enter?
