An mp3 program that finds lower quality songs?

My first mp3 player only had a limited amount of storage and a lot of my early mp3s are ripped at a pretty crappy quality. Since I have a ton of songs on my computer and don't care to spend the time going song-by-song to find the lower quality ones: is there any program (hopefully freeware) that searches through mp3s and picks out any below a certain quality? Say, below 128? I want to save time on the reripping too. Rather than delete everything out and start over, it would be easier just to pick out the "bad apples".

This wasn't exactly easy to search for ("mp3") and I'm not an expert on most mp3 ripping programs: so be kind if it's been posted already or is "common knowledge".

on Windows? If so, go to your folder of songs and right click on the details bar (you know, the one with "name" "size" "type", etc.). When you do, there should be plenty more details you can add to the bar including bitrate. Then just sort by bitrate and in ascending or descending order and delete those bad apples.

What HN suggests should be the easiest way to find the songs with the desired bitrates.

Well, that was certainly easier than I expected. Thanks

Here's an unrelated question - how about a program that will go through my music library and provide me a simple text list of Album & Artist (intelligently compressing duplicates) and nothing else?

I suppose it would help if I learned to use the programs I already have before asking for help. I've been playing with mp3tag for months and had no idea. Thanks.
