More Video Card questions

I'm building a computer for some light video editing.

I need a video card with a built in capure similar to the RADEON ALL-IN-WONDER 9600
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...102-345&depa=1
but with a standard VGA monitor conection.

I was thinking of this ATI AIW RADEON 9700
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...102-366&depa=1

I have an AMD 2500/333 with 512MB.

Any help would be appreciated.

I don't believe in combining capture cards with video cards. Often the quality isn't good enough in the combination and you can't just upgrade one part of your video system without wasting money.

Maybe you have a suggestion for a video card and capture card pair that would work well together.

I never play fancy 3-d games.

the hauppauge pvr series of cards is supposed to be the best. they have onboard mpeg encoding (i think the all-in-wonders do not) which takes a huge load off the CPU.

then you could match it with any decent video card and since top of the line 3d isn't a big issue for you, you probably don't need to spend big bucks. the Hauppauge PVR-250 is in the $125 range and you could probably get a decent radeon or geforce4 ti card for under $100. you'd get much better performance from a combo like this than an all-in-wonder.
