Help with printer buying

Hey, I'm considering a new printer, and was wondering if everyone thinks the following is a good deal. Looks like Best Buy has it for $150 with a $20 rebate. I want to use it for everyday stuff, but I also want to be able to print good quality pictures(good enough to frame). What should I look out for?

I have the predecessor, the 3200, but if you want quality to FRAME, the rx500, or maybe even the epson 6400...on head to head tests with HP's 2410 using photo quality paper, rx500 is beautiful.

if you want to print photo's then i would consider using CVS or some other drug store. A good photo printer will cost a few hundred $$$ and then combined with the special paper and ink it will be expensive.
