utility to check memory configuration?

Ive got an IBM xSeries 345 windows server with 2 gigs of ram.. and the sql server is now using up about 1.6gigs of that physical memory. I have a large swap file, so its ok.. But damn nagios keeps alarming me that the system is getting low on physical memory..
I need to go ahead and upgrade it.. but the server is in another location and was put together by a different admin who doesnt remember the configuration.

Im assuming it has 4 slots, and 2x1gb chips.. but need to confirm.
going through the process of having it shut down and someone to physically check, would be a pain in the ass. Im sure I had to have used an applicatoin that shows individual ram chip sizes and open slots, in the past.. but damned if i can remember

also, it would be best to find an application that doesnt have to be installed, since it is a production server.
