MS Outlook issues here at work -- 2 for the price of 1!

1) Meeting notices all arrive anywhere from 3-5 days late. That is, if I have a meeting in my calendar that's supposed to have a pop up window 15 minutes before its time, it doesn't show up until 3-5 days afterwards.

2) When I schedule a meeting and invite people, the timing is off. That is, if I schedule it for 2:00-3:00 PM on my PC, everyone else gets the meeting request as 3:00-4:00 PM on their PCs.

Please help with one or both.

#1 sounds like this problem:
OL2000: You May Receive Reminders Later Than You Should

Resolution is to obtain the latest Office Service Packs. May want to suggest your coworkers do the same. Check with your internal IT dept if you have one before doing so.

#2 definately sounds like a time zone thing. Like your system is on Pacific time and everyone else is on Mountain time, or something to that effect.

This KB Article may help too..

http://support.microsoft.com/default...&Product=ofw2k

- If Outlook is not running, start Outlook, and keep Outlook running to receive reminders.
- When you create reminders, verify that they are saved in your primary Calendar or Task folder.
- Quit Outlook, click Start, point to Run, type outlook /cleanreminders, and then click OK.

I've done the 3rd thing before and it helped fix some reminder problems... It won't delete all your reminders so no worries...
