Abit IC7 northbridge cooling question

I have one of the Abit IC7s with the crappy northbridge mobo fan (it's noisy as hell), and I've heard of lots of people using the Zalman ZM-NB47J heatsink cooler to replace it. So I ordered it, and I have NO idea how to mount it. The heatsink comes with this push-screws that require mounting holes, but there are only these four vertical metal rings for the stock fan, and I see no way in which I can use them for the heatsink. Any ideas? This shitty Abit fan is driving me nuts.

That's where I linked the picture from. It doesn't help me with the fact that there are no mounting holes around the northbridge chipset, though.

Note
1) ZM-NB47J cannot be used on motherboards that lack mounting holes around the Northbridge chipset.

They do make adhesive heatsink compounds. Not as effective as regular stuff, but it should work.

Well I wasn't aware that mounting holes are an optional feature on Abit IC7 boards. What the hell.

Sucks. Had the same problem on another board.
