440BX Motherboard + 512MB RAM Modules?

Quick question - can you use 512MB RAM modules on an Intel (ne: Dell) 440BX motherboard? The instructions say that it can only use 128MB modules, but I thought I had seen places (can't find now) where people were able to use the 440BX with more than 128MB modules, i.e. 512MB RAM. Can anyone help?

If I recall correctly, they changed the BIOS Setting to "2-3", whatever this means. Or is there some sort of change to jumpers required?

Any help is appreciated.....

Nevermind, per Intel product spec sheets, the 440BX can only use up to 256MB RAM modules, double-sided ones only. Not sure anymore if 512MB will work - don't think so.
