Firebird + DVDtalk = no remembered login

The other day I switched from IE to Firebird, and I really like the tabbed windows, no popups, etc. Unfortunately, when I open up dvdtalk, it doesn't remember my login info. I don't post to often, so it wouldn't be that big of deal, but my complaint is that I can't easily see which threads have new posts without going somewhere to login (no or ).

I know I've got cookies on in my browser, and my dvdtalk options still shows that I have autologin and cookies on.

Any help or suggestions?

Hmmm, I use Firebird and have never had to log into DVDTALK other than the first time. I think I had some problems posting at first but after I downloaded java it fixed it.

ok, it's working now. I guess I just got a little overzealous with the cookie blocking (intended for other sites) and selected enable current session only cookies.

Gald to hear you got it fixed. I was, of course, coming in here to post that I also often use FB and have not experienced the issues you described.
