Need Excel help

Hello.

I need to do a graph in Excel. I have 3 columns, A & B & C, and i want A to be the X-axis and B to be the Y-axis. the C values I want plotted in a line.

I've sat now and tried figuring it out for more than half an hour, almost an hour!

How do I do this?

I don't understand what you mean by B being the Y-axis as the Y-axis is normally autoscaled from the values being plotted.

Are values in A and B the coordinates of a point to be plotted (scatter graph) and C is values of a straight line that fits the data? If so, you have to use the XY graph. Looking at the choices, "line" seems right but it isn't.
