Porn Pop up problem

I downloaded the yahoo toolbar that has a popupblocker and I also have scanned my PC with Spybot but it seems I have this porn pop up still clinging to my pc. It doesn't happen all the time but everynow and then I have to reload the page I am on or anything I click will convert to this filter. Oh yeah, a prompt almost always comes up asking if I want to install an xxxtoolbar on my pc.

Any suggestions on how to take it off compeletly???

Thanks.

Reinstall OS, and stay away from warez and shady porn sites next time... You're lucky it's not a trojan, key logger, or virus in your system... no wait, maybe there is. Guess that's how identities are so easily stolen...

I use Netscape or Firebird and disable pop-ups in the options tab. This has been my best solution personally when visiting new sites and "riskee" sites to prevent getting browser jacked. I still I.E. 6 for browsing sometimes though.

I downloaded the adware and I thought everything was cool...nothing popped up but then it went again. The weird thing is that, like just recently, it will pop up even when I am not at a porn page. I was just on msn.com and after a clicked a quick link BAM there it went again.

Any other suggestions and please use baby talk because I don't have a secure know how about stuff like this.

Thanks.
