windows xp alt + tab question

how do you change the appearance of the screen when you alt + tab to switch programs. its the screen before letting go of alt to get to the program you want, where it shows you a preview of the programs open. im want it to look like the previous windows versions but i dont know how to do it. anyone know? thanks

Microsoft has a Windows XP powertoy that allows you to use miniature window icons for each app on the Alt-Tab dialog, instead of the standard application icons. It's an annoying feature, imho. So you just have to find a way to disable it.

You can probably uninstall the powertoy in the Add/Remove Programs screen. If not, try looking in the TweakUI applet for a setting that will change this back.
