IE 6.0 problem please help

Recently my browser started doing something very annoying. Whenever I type something into a text field on a website and submit that data it goes to the new page as it should. However when I hit the back button, I get the following message instead of just returning to the previous page.

Warning: Page has Expired The page you requested was created using information you submitted in a form. This page is no longer available. As a security precaution, Internet Explorer does not automatically resubmit your information for you.

To resubmit your information and view this Web page, click the Refresh button.

I am running Windows 2000 and IE 6.0. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Mine does that too sometimes it is annoying but I just hit refresh.

There is an article on Microsoft that talks about that same problem but it is with an older version of IE.

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=183763

I also would update any service packs that your browser might need.

Actually this didn't fix the problem I thought it did at first but I'm still having the same problem. (it is really annoying)

I allready have the latest service pack installed. The crazy thing is this just started happening recently and I didn't adjust any settings.
