Just got LCD monitor, help with settings

Okay, I want my LCD monitor to look the best, so someone help with settings

Resolution is 1280 x 1024, refresh rate 75 HZ

But what about these

Phase

Phase - yes
Red - 234
Green - 0
Blue - 433
Warm/Cool - oh yeah
OSD - 17
Sharpness - none
Contrast - 1
Brightness - shining

Spoiler:
Nobody can give you the settings that will work best for your system. You need to calibrate it on your own.

for pitch and phase there should be a calibration cd with monitor. it will display lines and have you adjust the pitch and phase until the lines go away. at least Sony lcds have that
