What is the best spam fighting software?

I am looking for a good software program to fight spam.

Anyone?

1. Don't subscribe to internet porn.
2. Don't give your email to just every one in sight.
3. Setup filters to sort incoming email.

On the client side, I'm not sure. I was at a MS conference yesterday and they were pushing Outlook 2003's spam filters. On the server side we are going to test out www.xwall.us starting this weekend. IronPort also sells an appliance powered by Brightmail.

I'm resurrecting this thread because I am at the breaking point with all the spam messages I receive hourly. Are there any anti-spam software products on the market that will kill spam, but not legitimate email? Or will I have to discard my current email account and set up a new one? This is a huge pain as I would have to change account profiles in numerous online websites that I use.

The best thing I have found is to use one for websites / accounts and one for friends and family to email to. That way all the stuff friends and family send gets through and all the spam goes to one I only use for those accounts.
