Anyone with HP notebooks --- has your OneTouch program ever stopped working?

Mine has, and I can't find the answer to my Pavilion question at HP.

If anyone has advice, I'd surely appreciate it.

Which model is it? And what OS?

Regardless, try uninstalling and re-installing.

onetouch/setup.exe should either be on the hard drive or on the recovery CD.

If not, you could try here:

Well, it did load (upon system recovery use), but it still won't work. Onetouch is in 2 different folders, but I get an error message each time I try to use it ("file cannot be found").

Searched all over HP --- no help/articles/downloads.

That, combined with their lack of help and how wasteful this laptop has been since I got it, makes me detest that company.
