Killed all spyware but 1

Using spy bot and panicware popup blocker, I have eliminated almost all spyware and popups....Except from netpalnow.com.
As soon as I open IE it does a pop up, and places an icon on my desktop and adds 4 folders to my favorites.
How can I stop this.
Thanks

I've used Ad Aware for years, but I recently gave SpyBot Search and Destroy a try. It's pretty cool, but I don't know if it is better. I would like to only use one or the other, if one is "clearly" superior. Is there a general agreement by the pros?

I'm certainly not a pro but the consensus among general users is to use both Spybot - Search and Destroy as well as Ad-aware. It seems that either one of them seem to alert you to items that the other software misses during scans.

Have you updated the Spybot definition files?

I use Spybot myself. I used to use AdAware until they started falling waaay behind because they were developing their next gen prog (which I haven't looked at). Spybot is continually updated so it's pretty good. I know that AdAware is now trialware so Spybot does the trick for me.
