Can you "fix" a CD burned TAO?

If I have some CDs which were burned Track-At-Once, as opposed to Disc-At-Once, is there any way to "fix" this, to remove the gaps of blank sound?

I beleive you'll have to edit out the couple extra seconds on each song though.
