What Download Manager do you use?

I currently use Gozilla 3.5, for some reason I can't figure out how to get recent versions of this program to work... plus it's bundled with all that adware crap.

Anyways, the problem is that Gozilla 3.5 does not like Windows XP and IE6. A lot of memory issues and too much CPU utilization...

Anyways, looking for something else.

I'm using GetRight - Version 4.5d. Been using GetRight for years and I'm using this version on an XP system.

Gets the job done......

I recommend and use Reget Deluxe myself. http://www.regetsoft.com/en/home.htm
There are also Junior and Pro versions with less features and lower prices. The Pro version is only $9.95 for a limited time and has most of the features of the deluxe one.

The sad thing about these types of programs is that many of them come with spyware and.or adware (including many of the programs mentioned above).

I have tried GetRight a couple of years ago, but I was very disappointed with it. Every download opened a window for itself. I don't know if this is still the case, but that was a show-stopper for me.

Personally, I use Reget right now, as I have been doing for several years. A really nice interface, good speed, and very easy to use. Much better than GetRight!
