The new mobile nVidia and ATI chips?

Has anyone heard anything definite about street dates for the new batch of graphics chips from these guys (the nVidia GeForce FX Go5600 and the ATI Mobility Radeon 9200, for example)? I've been checking out various laptops lately, and I've gotten fixated on the Dell Latitude D800, but I'm not keen on buying now, when its current graphics chip is the nVidia GeForce4 4200 Go, which seems to be already on its way out the door.

well, are you planning to play games on it, or do something that requires a powerful video card? if not, then it won't really matter.
