How do I check the stability of my new system?

Is there a free program out there? Do I just leave it on for a day or so? Any help would be appreciated. OS is XP Pro. Thanks.

-Cheftec Mini tower with Austin 450W power supply. Model# DR-B450ATX
-1.44 Mitsumi floppy
-MSI 6712 mobo (KT400 based, KT4VL)
-AMD Athlon XP 2100+ TBred 1.80 cpu
-MSI G4Ti4200 Graphics card (128mb)
-CPU FAN TAISOL CMK702151A AMD
-Toshiba DVD drive. Model M1712
-768mb Crucial 2700 DDR Ram

Get shareware versions of SiSoftware's Sandra and Prime95.

Do a 100% burn-in with Sandra for maybe 100 cycles. If it passes that, try Prime95's torture test. It's much more rigorous than Sandra.

You can run [email protected] nonstop as well. The others metioned are better though.
