Does anyone use Xteq?

I saw this program on Cnet downloads. If anyone uses it what exactly does it do and is it worth downloading?

Xteq Setup?

Have you ever used TweakUI? Xteq Setup is like a more robust version of TweakUI; used for tweaking many many system settings.

I've used Xteq Setup in the past. It lets you tweak ALOT of different system settings. I believe Xteq also makes a few other products as well.
