ATI 9500 vs Gforce 4200

i am looking to purchase a new graphics card and do not have a lot of $$$. What is your opinions between the Geforce 4 4200 vs the ATI 9500 (Made by Saphire based on ATI technologies)

Games.. it is a Celeron 1.2 PC

don't spend the money on a new video card...spend it on a better processor...a full P41.8 and up. But if your planning on doing that later then i'd stick with nvidia all the way. Nvidia drivers are easy and designed well. ATI has great hardware but pathetic drivers. Thats just my opinion!
