IE Help.. Opening new windows dosn't work...

Hey all, I have a question.

I am using IE to browse the net. Anyway, everytime I click on a link that opens up a new window, it stays blank. It dosn't access that page. It just pops a new window up, and thats it. Anyone know how to fix it?

Thats an odd problem. Is this on ALL pages you try to open in a new window? Make sure the page you're opening in a new window is not in javascript. What happens when you click this link?

Ok, I'll give it a shot.
Have norton AV or ad blocking?
Press f5 several times. Hold down shift when you click a link.
Clear cache, cookies, and history.
Use IE repair in the add/change programs.
Update to SP1

Yeah i had to figure this one out on my own about 3 months ago. I installed IE 6 Sp-1 and the problem went away.
