Why does FTP Voyager keep opening a second connection when downloading?
Using FTP Voyager 9.0, when I connect to a server, and select items for download, it then tries to open a second connection for downloading. I checked the settings, and didn't find anything to turn this off. Am I missing it?

Turn on something called "Connection Saver"
It limits FTP connects to one per server, otherwise it will always try to open another connection for each function.
I have not used version 9, but in older versions there was an "advanced" button on the screen where you enter the IP number, under that was a conneciton tab, on that tab was the connection saver check box, check it on.
Check the online help for connection saver and see what it says if you can not find it.
