Fastest Way to do a System Cleanup?

I download a lot of files, some of which end up in places I have no idea how to get back to(like some WinZIP stuff)

Is there a fast way to do a system clean? or do I have to go thru each folder?

What's this... another thread?

You could just format rather than hunting down all the malicious files.

I'm on a thread roll tonite

But seriously, reformatting is not an option right now. I have an 80 gig HD, with 40 full. I just wanted to trim some of the crap out.

You could go to folder options and click on show all files, this should even the hidden files. And just check every folder. You could also use ad aware, reg cleaner, etc.
