Another Excel Question

I'm not too proficient with excel - and though I know my way around SUM(c2:c24), etc. I don't know many of the other options.

Here's what I want...

I want a little drop down list with different values displayed in it.

So you could select:

0-5
6-15
16-23
24-30
30+

or something like that

And then, I want the Cell's value to be dependent on the value selected. So if 0-5 was picked, the cell would be worth 5, if 6-15 was selected, it would be worth 4 and so on.

Can I do this?

Alternatively, I could also use an IFELSE statement, but when looking through the Excel help files, I couldn't find anything about that.

So...how could I make a cell to do this:
PHP Code:
IF(0<c2<5,5,ELSEIF(6<c2<15,4,ELSEIF(16<c2<23,3,ELSEIF(24<c2<30,2,ELSEIF(30<c2,1,0)))))
No?

I think I figured it out (finally) - found this buried in the help file:

PHP Code:
IF(AverageScore>89,"A",IF(AverageScore>79,"B",
IF(
AverageScore>69,"C",IF(AverageScore>59,"D","F"))))
