How do i set up a webcam for remote viewing?

Ok, so i want to set up a webcam that i can watch from the internet. i'm sure it's not that hard, so is there a site that can show me how?

Just need some webcam software like:

http://www.webcam32.com

http://www.visiongs.com

both of these use a java applet to stream the video over the net. Write up a quick and easy webpage that calls the applet, and you are in business. There are examples at both places. I personally use webcam32 for my remote cam.
