Kazaa Problem

I've got a problem with Kazaa that maybe someone could help me on.

Whenever I am running Kazaa, I cannot use the keyboard for Internet Explorer, Outlook Express, and Windows Explorer (My Computer). I first noticed this after I got a Klez virus, but after I cleaned the virus, it was still a problem. I restored the computer, but it's still happening. What happens is that the stupid window pops up saying that I have experienced a problem, and do I want to notify Microsoft? Any idea what causes this?

I'm running XP.

Thanks

well, when that happens (the pop up) it means that some type of system or application was not able to run correctly. its used to shut down the application, make an error report and sends it to ms HQ or somewhere like that... can you educate us on what the "KLEZ" virus is? are you sure you cleaned the whole area infected out? there's possibly a trace of it somehwere else. worse comes worse you mite have to reformat...

theres no harm in notifying ms, if u stay anon.

I have the exact same problem. I'm hoping someone can come up with an answer.

have you tried deleting and reinstalling Kazaa? Better yet, get Kazaa Lite as it contains NO spyware/ads.

Let us know!

Spyware allows companies to see what sites you visit and how often. This is a way for them to send junk mail and possibly regular mail to you.

NOT a good thing!

Download Ad Aware from Lavasoft.com. It'll search your hard drive for spyware and allow you to delete it.

I still advise you to use Kazaa lite though!
