Quick MP3 Question

I've got a complete album in MP3 format that I'd like to burn to a disc. How do I insert track breaks between the songs, or are they already in the MP3 file?

Thanks.

Is each song it's own .mp3 file, or is the whole album a large .mp3 file?

It depends on what software you're using.

If you are using burning software like Nero, Easy CD Creator, Disk Juggler, etc...then just create a music CD and load the MP3s in and burn...it will have the track breaks.

If it is one big MP3 file then you have to either split it up into smaller ones or burn using a CUE sheet which can easily be done in notepad if you know the lengths of each song.

Both Nero and Easy CD Creator allow you to adjust the length of time between tracks on a music CD burn, or eliminate it completely... I'm remembering that 3 seconds is the default...

Sorry, I should have been more specific before.
It's one long MP3 (about 59 minutes). I have EasyCD Creator, and Musicmatch Jukebox. Can I use either of those programs?

Thanks.

Best thing for you to do is use an mp3 splitter program like one of these.... http://download.com.com/3120-20-0.ht...ter&tg=dl-2001

Once they are broken up into individual song mp3s you can use EZCD to make a CD with "chapter stops".
